Elbow這張Asleep In The Back專輯，個人偏愛Powder Blue這首曲給人的感覺，你可以感覺到淡淡的憂傷，還有一種說不出來的鬱悶。

你可以喝著一杯酒，坐在舒服的沙發上，有抽煙也可以點起一根煙，對著這世界吐出沉默的控訴，此刻你才能深刻明白什麼是自由。

Elbow樂團略介：

Guy Garvey（主唱）、Richard Jupp（鼓手）、Craig Potter（風琴手）、Mark Potter（吉他手）、Pete Turner（貝斯手），這五個大學時代就認識的朋友，由於音樂方面志趣相投，在90年代成立Elbow，音樂曲風偏Prog-Rock/Sad-Core，可能也因為這樣所以每次聆聽總覺得有些柔柔的淡愁，至少我這樣覺得。曾經受到水星音樂獎提名最佳專輯的他們，在音樂這條路其實走的不平順，曾經遭到公司無情解約的他們，憑著一股對音樂的執著，走到了現在，你可以在他們的音樂中感到心靈的靜謐，就像是看到你夢中的女孩(男孩)，優雅地出現在面前，細吻你的臉頰。
